Vernon has been involved in the property inspection business for 11 years and has been doing inspections on behalf of commercial mortgage lenders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and other government backed loans. His specialty is multi-family properties and small or lite commercial properties. Vernon has completed hundreds of residential home inspections for insurance companies as well as independent buyers. Vernon has had formal training as a home inspector at Sunrise Career Institute located in Hicksville NY. Vernon is also a member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors as well as The American Society of Home Inspectors.

Vernon is committed to continuing education and attends the Inspection Training Associates (ITA) continuing education seminars yearly to refine his skills and keep up with the increasing changing Home Inspection industry and above all, to provide the BEST possible service to his clients.
